Data controller

As a Business Solution Provider or technology partner, we may process message data, phone numbers, template content, and delivery events on your behalf. When we process end-user data solely to deliver messaging services for our customers, we act as a data processor and process such data in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.
